Our Refund Policy

Items purchased can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To request a return or exchange, please email info@sparkjump.fun with your order number. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the incorrect item was sent or the item was received damaged upon delivery. Refunds may take up to 30 days to reach your account.
